This purpose-built truck mounted excavator with turret bearing and drilling attachment was designed specifically to efficiently repair washed out roads for FEMA in Kentucky and West Virginia. The DK 921 prototype was a collaboration from the start of the design phase of the project between Davey Kent of Kent, Ohio and Hinkle Contracting Company of Paris, Kentucky.
